- Valid Form of Identification
- Valid Alaska Auto Insurance Policy
- Vehicle Transaction Application
- The Vehicle's Previous Registration
- VIN inspection from a DMV-approved inspector
- Lien Release Form
- If applicable.
- Odometer Disclosure Statement
- If applicable.
- Notarized Power of Attorney
- If applicable
- Emissions Inspection
- Alaska does NOT require you to get an emissions test in order to register your vehicle.
