Failure to provide the following can delay the registration process.

• Properly Filled Out Title
  • Odometer mileage is only needed on the title if the vehicle is under ten years old.
• Bill of Sale
  • Bring your PrivateAuto bill of sale.
  • If you have questions concerning the bill of sale, contact your local DMV.
• Emissions Test
  • The state of California requires vehicles in every county, with the exception of six, to pass an emissions test.
