• Bill of Sale
  • Bring your PrivateAuto bill of sale.

  • Hawaii County
  • Maui County
  • Kaua'i County
• The Previous Owner's Registration
• Application for Registration of Motor Vehicles
  • Must be signed by all new owners on the title, if applicable.
• Current Safety Inspection Certificate
• Emissions Test
  • Emissions tests are NOT required to register your car.
