How To Reset A Forgotten Password
1. From the sign-in screen, press "Forgot Password?"
2. Enter the email associated with your account and press "Reset Password."
3. Go to your email and open the email from support@privateauto.com titled "Reset your PrivateAuto account password" and click the Reset my password button
Tip: If multiple Reset password emails were sent to your inbox, click the Reset my password button within the most recent email. The older emails will now be expired and will not work.
4. Enter your email and new password and click the "Save password" button.
5. You will now be able to log into your account using your new password.
