How To Reset A Forgotten Password

  1. From the sign-in screen, press "Forgot Password?"

  2. Enter the email associated with your account and press "Reset Password."
    1. A notification will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming that a recovery code has been sent to your email.
  3. Go to your email and open the email from support@privateauto.com to find your password reset verification code.

  4. Go back to the sign-in page, enter the verification code and your new password, then press "Reset Password."
    1. You will see a notification at the bottom of the screen confirming that your password has been changed.
  5. You will now be able to log into your account using your new password.
