Does PrivateAuto Offer Refunds?
PrivateAuto offers refunds within 48 hours of listing your car on approved requests.
To request a refund, you must do the following:
- Send an email to support@privateauto.com
- Title the email "Refund Request."
- In the body of the email, please explain to us the reason for your refund request.
Refund requests are promptly reviewed and are responded to within 24 hours.
All refunds are returned to the original payment method.
