- Valid North Carolina Auto Insurance Policy
- Title Application
- Damage Disclosure Statement
- Only if the car is less than ten years old.
- Release of Lien Form
- If applicable.
- Emissions Test
- The state of North Carolina requires vehicles in 48 counties to get an emissions test.
