  • Bill of Sale

    • If you have questions regarding the bill of sale, contact your local DMV.
  • Valid Form of Identification
  • Valid North Carolina Auto Insurance Policy
  • Title Application
  • Damage Disclosure Statement
    • Only if the car is less than ten years old.
  • Release of Lien Form
    • If applicable.
  • Emissions Test
    • The state of North Carolina requires vehicles in 48 counties to get an emissions test.
