Our RunBuggy partnership provides fast and affordable car shipping options within the PrivateAuto ecosystem.

To access shipping within the app you will want to navigate to the

You can either click on the "get quote" button to start the process of receiving a quote or click see details for more details about the service and to check on your order status.

Get Quote button

First, you will select which vehicle on PrivateAuto you would like to receive a quote on. If you dont see any vehicles listed you will need to add Favorite listing or start a deal on a listing

Then you will follow the prompts to enter in the pickup location, delivery location,the date and time for pick up, and whether you would like to use an open or enclosed transport.

Once you have provided all of that info you will be supplied with a quote. Here is one example:

When you are ready to place an order for shipping, you would select the "Pay Later button on your quote, which starts an order. Good news, you do not pay for this service until the car is delivered to your specified location. No other fees will be charged until that time.

Insurance is also included in your transport service. RunBuggyOne carries a separate policy on top of your existing insurance policy to provide an extra layer of protection for your car.

When you click on the 'See details' button from the services hub you would be taken to the shipping service page where you can use the car shipping calculator, continue to purchase, or manage your vehicle shipping orders.

Once an order is placed, you can track the progress of your order on the Manage Vehicles tab which looks like this:

Simply click the 3 dots under manage and click Track where you can track exactly where your vehicle is at all times and contact Runbuggy's customer support if needed.
