What If My Bank Is Not Compatible With Plaid?
While Plaid is connected with more than 12,000 financial institutions, they are not connected to ALL of them. If your bank happens not to be compatible with Plaid, you are able to wire transfer funds to your PrivateAuto Pay account. Here's how:
- From the main account screen, either press on the teal box on the left corner of the nav bar (desktop only) or press "PrivateAuto Pay."
- Under the PrivateAuto Pay Account section, press "Wire Transfer."

You will see all the wire transfer information for our partner bank, USALLIANCE Financial. You are able to copy and paste the information or press "Text Me This Info" at the bottom of the wire transfer info page to have the details sent to your phone.

Once you request the money to be wired from your main bank account to your PrivateAuto Pay account, funds will be on the way! Funds are available the same day or the next business day, depending on your bank's cut-off time.
*Keep in mind that funds don’t process on weekends or holidays, only on business days. Your bank sets their own cutoff times for processing wires. If your bank's cutoff time is 3 pm, a wire transfer you initiate at 3:10 pm won't be processed until the next business day.
