How To Report And Block A Suspicious User
- From your main account screen, press "Chat" and select the chat with the suspicious buyer or seller.
- If you're using a mobile device, press the three lines on the top left corner to find "Chat."
- Scroll to the bottom of the buyer information bar on the right side of the screen and press "Report User."
- If you're using a mobile device, press "Details" found next to the user's name, scroll to the bottom of the screen, then press "Report User."
- Select the reason you're reporting the user, then press "Send To Us."
- You'll see a notification confirming your report has been successfully sent. Be sure to check your email for a follow-up on your report.
