How To Reactivate An Expired Listing
Your listing might be inactive for one of two reasons: the 90-day window expired, or you manually deactivated it. The reactivation steps are different for each.
If your listing was deactivated
Reactivating a deactivated listing is free — no fee, no payment step.
- From your deactivated listing, press Reactivate at the top right of the screen.
- A prompt will appear confirming the reactivation is free. Make sure your vehicle information is up to date, then press Yes, Reactivate.
- Your listing is live again.
If your listing expired
If your 90-day window ended and you're outside the grace period, reactivation requires paying the $29 listing fee again.
- From the main account screen, click My garage.
- Select the expired listing and click Renew under the listing.
- Review your payment method and click Pay $29.00.
- Your listing is now live and will remain active for another 90 days before going into the grace period.
