How To Create A New Listing

1. Click "My garage" on the left nav bar menu.

2. Click "Create a listing"

3. Fill out the "Vehicle Details" section, then press "Find My Vehicle."

3. The system will pull up your vehicle make, model, and year, as well as auto-fill some vehicle details.
   • You can edit the trim, if necessary.
   • If you need some assistance pricing your vehicle, press "View Details," found next to "Vehicle Resale Values." This pulls up the market value report for your specific vehicle.

3. Press "Open" on the Photos section and add photos of your vehicle.
   • We recommend adding at least five high-quality photos.
   • Once the photos are uploaded, you can drag and drop them in any order. You want your first image to be the best-looking photo since this will be the first thing buyers see on the search listings page.

4. Press "Open" next to "Additional Details," and complete the section.

5. Now that sections 1-3 are complete; you can activate your listing by pressing "Activate Listing," found in the top right corner of the screen.

5. Now that Steps 1-3 are complete, you can list your vehicle by pressing "Activate Listing" and selecting if you want to pay for the listing now or pay later. You will then enter your card information and press the pay button.

5. Your listing is now live! You will receive a "Success" pop-up letting you know that your listing is live. The pop-up also has the follow:
   • You can view your listing to see how a buyer will see it by clicking the "View Listing" button
   • You can share your listing with friends and family
   • You can print out a personalized Window Brochure to place on your car, which includes a QR code, so you don't have to advertise your personal phone number on your car. Scanning the QR code will take buyers directly to your listings page
   • You can also receive an instant cash offer from our partner company, Carwiser.

Your listing will be active for 90 days, with the opportunity to renew for free within a 30-day grace period.

1. Press "Open," found next to "Test Drive." From here, you can select days and times that you're available for inspections and/or test drives with potential buyers.

1. Enter your preferred meetup location for test drives and/or inspections, then press "Save." We recommend choosing a public place, not your personal address, to safely meet with potential buyers.
   • You can change the meetup location by pressing "Change Location."

2. Press "Open" next to "Ownership Info," answer the following questions, and upload any documents, such as the vehicle title, warranty info, and proof of upgrades/mods.
   • All documents remain private until shared with a specific buyer

3. Press "Open" next to "Deal Preferences," and select your preferred verified user/funds status and payment method(s).

• If full verification is selected, buyers must complete email, phone, and identity verification before being able to message you about the vehicle. This is a great feature to prevent scammers from contacting you. For further security, you can request "Verified funds," where a buyer would need to prove they have the funds available in their PrivateAuto Pay account before scheduling a test drive or making an offer.
• The payment methods will be displayed on your listing, so buyers will know how you prefer to be paid.
