Do You Have A Co-Seller On The Title?

Almost every state uses the "and/or" rule. 

If you see "and" on the title, both owners must sign the title in order to transfer or change the title.

If you see "and/or" or just simply "or" on the title, only one of the owners needs to sign the title in order to transfer or change the title.
