How To Withdraw Funds From Your PrivateAuto Pay Account
*Before you can withdraw funds you need to have a PrivateAuto Pay account and your bank account linked.

- From the main account menu, press on the white PrivateAuto Pay box found in the left navigation or on PrivateAuto Pay on your profile.
- Press on "Transfer Money"
- Choose the "Bank transfer" option, as wire transfers are only applicable when moving money into your PrivateAuto account, not out.
- Click on the "Transfer From" dropdown and select PrivateAuto Pay. Then choose which of your external bank accounts you linked in the Transfer to dropdown.
- *Note: if you have not linked a bank account, you will need to connect a new account: Follow these instructions to do so.
- Enter the amount you would like to withdraw. You will only be able to withdraw the amount shown in the "Available to withdraw" section. If you enter an amount greater than that, you will receive an error.
- Click preview transfer and review the information on the next modal to ensure the information you entered is correct. If all the info is correct, click "Transfer Money."
- Once your withdrawal is complete, you will see your request to withdraw in your transaction history showing as processing. ACH withdrawals typically take 2 to 4 days to appear in your external account, depending on the receiving bank processing times.
