How To Verify Your ID And Complete Facial Recognition
*The driver's license verification and facial recognition process is started after your phone number has been verified.
- From the main account screen, next to Identity, press "Verify."
- Enter your address, city, state, zip code, and birth date, then press "Continue."
- You can either scan the QR code (if you're on a desktop) or send the link to your phone via text by pressing "Send link to phone." The code/link will take you to Plaid's Identity Verification software.
- Select the identity document type you would like to use and follow the Capture instructions.
- Follow the Selfie Check instructions.
- If the verification process is successful, you will see a message saying "Successfully Verified," and you will see a success message on your main account screen.
- You will now see a green checkmark next to "Identity."
